We often have people ask how we measure success. We tell them it is not through calipers and measurements but through the smiles on our clients faces when they tell us of all the little day to day things that their dog can do again. To people who love their dogs, to see their dog be able to safely go up and down a flight of stairs unassisted or to get in and out of the car without a ramp or a sling is huge. To hear people describe their dog chasing squirrels again or retrieving balls again when they were sure their old pet was near the end of their lives, well that is success to us.
